Why I Started IVARA
IVARA began not as a business idea, but as a personal breaking point.
I was tired of buying “natural” products that left my body feeling worse—burning candles that gave me headaches, creams that messed with my hormones, and bath soaks with ingredient lists I couldn’t pronounce.
Every woman around me—friends, sisters, mothers—was silently struggling with PCOD, anxiety, hormonal acne, and painful cycles. And all we were told was:
“Drink more water. Stress less.”

I did.
And what I found made me furious.
